Salary Range: ₹18,000 – ₹35,000/month (includes target-based incentives)

Working Days: 6 days/week

Working Hours: 09:30 AM – 06:30 PM

Eligibility: Graduate and above; Male candidates preferred

Key Responsibilities

Client Acquisition: Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the client base.

Lead Generation: Actively seek out potential customers through field visits and referrals.

Product Demonstration: Conduct engaging presentations and demos of company products.

Sales Closure: Negotiate deals and close sales to meet monthly targets.

Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.

Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate records of visits, leads, and conversions using CRM tools.

Market Feedback: Gather insights from the field to inform product and marketing strategies.

Skills Required

Strong communication and convincing skills

Familiarity with CRM software

Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

Basic understanding of sales funnels and customer behavior
