With a strong presence in retail, modern trade, and HoReCa (Hotels, Restaurants & Catering) channels, Goeld is rapidly expanding across domestic and international markets. We are looking for a Sales Officer – HoReCa Sales in Nagpur to strengthen our regional presence and drive business growth.

Role Overview

The Sales Officer will be responsible for developing and managing HoReCa business in Nagpur. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in frozen food HoReCa sales, strong networking abilities, and the drive to achieve sales targets consistently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Acquire and expand the HoReCa customer base (hotels, restaurants, caterers, QSRs, and institutional buyers) in Nagpur.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with chefs, purchase managers, and key decision-makers in the food service industry.
  • Conduct product presentations, sampling activities, and promotions to drive brand awareness and product acceptance.
  • Coordinate with distributors and channel partners to ensure timely deliveries and smooth order execution.
  • Track competitor activities, pricing strategies, and market trends to provide actionable insights to management.
  • Meet assigned monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Maintain updated sales records, prepare performance reports, and share forecasts regularly.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Graduate/Postgraduate in Business, Marketing, or related discipline.
  • 3–5 years of proven sales experience in the frozen food industry with strong HoReCa exposure (mandatory).
  • Well-connected in Nagpur’s HoReCa market with a strong client network.
  • Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Highly self-driven, proactive, and capable of working independently.
  • Willingness to travel within the region for business development and client servicing.
