Field Sales Officer (Medical Representative)

You will be responsible for promoting generic pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals, chemists, pharmacies, stockists, etc., with the aim of generating sales revenue. Your key focus areas will include developing and executing sales strategies to achieve sales targets, expanding market share, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, company policies, and industry standards. Additionally, you will be expected to build and maintain strong relationships with retailers, pharmacists, and wholesale distributors, while also gathering and analyzing market data to inform sales strategies and maintain competitiveness. To excel in this role, you should possess a Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy (B.Pharm.) or a related field, although a minimum of a Graduate degree in any science subject is acceptable. A minimum of one year of experience in pharmaceutical sales or a related field is required. Strong knowledge of generic pharmaceutical products, excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills, and proficiency in English and local languages are essential for this position. You should also have a strong relationship with chemists and be comfortable with early joiners as this is a 6-day work-from-office role.
