Field Sales Officer

Job Title: Sales Officer – Home Loans Purpose: To drive home loan sales by identifying potential clients, managing relationships, and achieving sales targets within the assigned area. Key Responsibilities: Area Mapping: Regularly survey assigned areas to identify potential clients and new business sources. Client Acquisition: Engage with prospective customers to promote home loan products, understanding their needs and financial situations. Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, real estate agents, and other referral sources to generate leads. Sales Targets: Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the company. Documentation: Assist clients with the loan application process, ensuring all necessary documentation is completed accurately and submitted promptly. Reporting: Maintain daily records of sales activities and client interactions; provide regular updates to the reporting manager. Qualifications: Graduations 1years of experience in Home Loan/BFSI . Proficiency in using sales tools and CRM software. Skills: Sales and negotiation skills. Customer relationship management. Knowledge of home loan products and market trends. Time management and organizational skills.
