Position Overview: We are seeking a Sales and Marketing Executive with 4-5 years of sales experience to drive growth and brand awareness for Prime Power Systems. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of sales processes, and a passion for delivering results. This role involves generating new business opportunities, managing relationships with clients, and promoting our products and services to increase market share. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to achieve company objectives. Identify new business opportunities and create strategies to approach potential clients. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and referrals. Conduct market research to identify industry trends, customer needs, and competitor analysis. Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to potential clients. Develop marketing materials, including brochures, emails, and advertisements. Organize and attend trade shows, conferences, and networking events to promote the brand. Provide exceptional customer service, addressing any concerns or inquiries in a timely manner. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful product launches and customer satisfaction. Monitor and report on sales performance and suggest improvements based on results. Ensure timely and accurate follow-ups with clients and prospects. Assist in developing pricing strategies and promotional campaigns. Qualifications: Diploma holder in Mechanical Engineering, or a related field. 4-5 years of sales experience, preferably in a technical or B2B environment. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Excellent negotiation and presentation skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce). Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
