Job Description

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed organizational goals.
Recruit, train, and mentor field sales executives to build a high-performing sales team.
Set individual and team targets, monitor performance, and provide regular feedback.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
Negotiate contracts, close deals, and address customer concerns effectively.
Conduct regular field visits to oversee sales activities and support team members in achieving targets.
Monitor sales metrics and prepare reports for management on sales performance, pipeline progress, and market insights.
Identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to enhance productivity and efficiency.

Key Requirements:

2+ years of experience in field sales, preferably in [Industry/Relevant Field].
Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Strong leadership, coaching, and team-building skills.
In-depth understanding of sales principles, customer relationship management, and negotiation techniques.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and persuade stakeholders.
Willingness to travel extensively for field visits
