Job Description

Role Overview: As a Customer Executive (CE) at PepsiCo, you will handle single or multiple distributors across different scales of business. Your role involves representing PepsiCo in the market, planning, deploying, and executing joint business plans to drive sustainable sales capability. You will play a crucial role in coaching distributors and their sales teams to expand their business, resolve market challenges, and ensure incremental business growth. Key Responsibilities: - Deliver secondary monthly targets and drive gross revenue growth - Plan routes efficiently to enhance productivity - Increase net distribution by expanding the number of outlets served - Grow weighted distribution by increasing SKU count in existing outlets - Ensure stock availability and rack execution as per planogram - Build strong relationships in the market to maximize customer satisfaction - Provide one-on-one training to PSRs to enhance business understanding and sales capability - Set monthly targets for each salesperson and coach them on market execution - Monitor salesperson performance through regular sales reports - Communicate incentives and motivate salespersons to achieve targets - Manage distributor/hub/spokes appointments and retirements for territories - Ensure distributor health (ROI) by adhering to joint business plans - Collaborate in recruitment and retention of sales representatives - Minimize expiry/stales by enforcing FIFO and stacking norms of products - Track correct and timely delivery of orders in the market - Ensure food compliance of every distributor - Facilitate the development of distributors on PepsiCo sales competencies Qualification Required: - Any under graduation or post-graduation degree - 2 years of experience in FMCG or similar sales and distribution - Knowledge of FMCG sales and distribution model - Proficiency in computer skills (Excel, Word, Outlook) - Local language proficiency (good to have) and basic English - Data proficiency in ROI model (Note: No additional details of the company were present in the job description),
