Field Sales Executive (FMCG)Job Summary:We are looking for a dynamic and target-driven Field Sales Executive to manage on-ground sales activities for our FMCG products. The candidate will be responsible for visiting retail outlets, building strong relationships, achieving sales targets, and ensuring product visibility in the market. Key Responsibilities:Visit retail shops, distributors, wholesalers, and supermarkets daily to promote and sell FMCG products. Identify new potential customers and expand the existing client base. Ensure product availability, visibility, and proper display in retail outlets. Execute sales strategies, schemes, and promotions in the assigned territory. Achieve monthly and weekly sales targets. Collect market feedback, competitor activities, pricing trends, and consumer insights. Maintain accurate sales records, daily reports, and route plans. Build strong relationships with retailers and distributors to improve product penetration. Handle order booking, billing coordination, and timely delivery follow-ups. Work closely with the sales manager to implement business development plans.
