Field Sales Executive - Trainee

As a member of the Enterprise & B2B Sales team at Surface Paints Pvt Ltd, your primary responsibility will be to contribute towards achieving sales targets by effectively promoting our company products. Engage in field sales activities to meet clients, understand their needs, and successfully close deals. Provide appropriate solutions and services to meet customer requirements and build lasting relationships. Key Responsibilities: - Develop a comprehensive understanding of the industrial paint products offered by the company. - Assist in the preparation of sales reports, maintain records accurately, and track client interactions diligently. - Utilize strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients. - Demonstrate a basic understanding of sales processes and customer handling to navigate through various sales scenarios.
