Job Summary: The Industrial Sales Executive will be responsible for driving sales and business development in the industrial sector for paints and coatings. This role requires strong client relationship management, market analysis, and sales negotiation skills to expand the customer base and achieve revenue targets. Key Responsibilities: Identify and develop new business opportunities with the Dealers / Distributors. Build and maintain relationships with industrial clients, distributors, and contractors. Conduct market research to identify potential clients and assess their needs. Present and demonstrate paint products to clients, explaining their features and benefits. Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets. Negotiate pricing, contracts, and payment terms with clients. Coordinate with the technical and production teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction. Requirements: Experience: 10-12 years of experience in industrial sales, preferably in the paint/coatings industry. Skills: Strong B2B sales and negotiation skills.
