Field Sales Executive - Trainee

As a member of our Enterprise & B2B Sales team at Surface Paints Pvt Ltd, your primary responsibility will be to contribute towards achieving sales targets by effectively promoting our company products. This will involve engaging in field sales activities as necessary to meet clients, understand their needs, and successfully close deals. By providing appropriate solutions and services, you will play a crucial role in meeting customer requirements and building lasting relationships. To excel in this role, it is essential that you develop a comprehensive understanding of the industrial paint products offered by our company. Additionally, you will be expected to assist in the preparation of sales reports, maintain records accurately, and track client interactions diligently. Strong communication and interpersonal skills will be key in effectively engaging with clients, while a basic understanding of sales processes and customer handling will help you navigate through various sales scenarios. The ideal candidate for this position would hold a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. While freshers are welcome to apply, candidates with up to 1 year of sales experience will also be considered. Proficiency in MS Office tools such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint is required, along with a willingness to travel for client visits and engage in field sales activities as needed. This is a full-time, permanent position with a salary of 14K + TA.
