Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Field Sales Executive to join our interior design team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, visiting potential clients on-site, understanding their interior requirements, and converting leads into successful projects. This role requires excellent communication skills, market knowledge, and a passion for design solutions. Key Responsibilities: Actively identify and pursue new sales leads through field visits, referrals, site visits, and cold calls. Meet prospective clients at project sites, construction locations, or residences to understand their design and execution requirements. Present company services, design capabilities, and past project portfolios to prospective clients. Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, contractors, builders, and property developers for lead generation. Coordinate with the in-house design, estimation, and project teams to deliver timely proposals and quotations. Follow up regularly with leads and existing prospects to move them through the sales funnel. Negotiate and close deals while ensuring profitability and client satisfaction. Maintain accurate records of daily visits, client interactions, sales activities, and progress updates. Provide feedback from the field to help shape marketing campaigns and sales strategies.
