The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, visiting potential clients on-site, understanding their interior requirements, and converting leads into successful projects. This role requires excellent communication skills, market knowledge, and a passion for design solutions. Key Responsibilities: Actively identify and pursue new sales leads through field visits, referrals, site visits, and cold calls. Meet prospective clients at project sites, construction locations, or residences to understand their design and execution requirements. Present company services, design capabilities, and past project portfolios to prospective clients. Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, contractors, builders, and property developers for lead generation. Coordinate with the in-house design, estimation, and project teams to deliver timely proposals and quotations. Follow up regularly with leads and existing prospects to move them through the sales funnel. Negotiate and close deals while ensuring profitability and client satisfaction. Maintain accurate records of daily visits, client interactions, sales activities, and progress updates. Provide feedback from the field to help shape marketing campaigns and sales strategies.

The ideal candidate should have a strong background in interior architecture, excellent communication skills, and a proven ability to manage client relationships. You will be responsible for planning, designing, and overseeing the implementation of interior projects from concept to completion. Key Responsibilities:Conceptualize and design interior spaces in alignment with client requirements and project goals Prepare detailed architectural drawings, mood boards, 3D visualizations, and material selections Coordinate with clients, consultants, vendors, and contractors throughout the project lifecycle Conduct site visits, take measurements, and ensure design execution matches the approved plans Collaborate with the design and project teams to deliver innovative and functional spaces Present design proposals to clients clearly and professionally Ensure compliance with applicable building codes, health and safety regulations, and design standards Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Interior Architecture or Interior Design Minimum 3 years of professional experience in the interior design/architecture industry Strong portfolio showcasing commercial or residential projects Excellent communication, presentation, and client-handling skills Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, Revit, or similar Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines Strong attention to detail and a creative mindset
