15,200 per month (Fixed)
Incentives:
Based on Monthly Collection Targets

Key Responsibilities:

Daily field visits to customers for EMI collections on loans (Personal Loan, Consumer Durable, etc.)
Follow-up with overdue customers and ensure timely recovery of dues.
Update payment status using the mobile app or reporting system.
Maintain daily visit and collection records.
Explain consequences of default to customers professionally.
Achieve monthly collection targets to earn performance incentives.
Coordinate with Team Leaders / Collection Managers for escalations or dispute cases.

Candidate Requirements:

Minimum Education:
10th Pass / 12th Pass; Graduation preferred.
Experience:
(Freshers can apply).
Must Have:

Own
Two-Wheeler
Valid
Driving License
Android Smartphone (for reporting and data entry)

Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Willingness to travel extensively within assigned areas.

Working Days & Timing:

6 DAY WORKING WITH ONE ROTATIONAL WEEK OFFS.
