Job Description

As a Sales and Distribution Executive in Bangalore, you will play a crucial role in expanding the sales team of one of our distribution clients. You should be passionate about building a career in sales and distribution, have a strong familiarity with Bangalore, fluent in Kannada, and willing to work in the field 6 days a week. Your main responsibilities will include: - Scouting potential businesses in different segments within Bangalore - Identifying and mapping dealers, retailers, builders, and other relevant businesses - Gathering key contact information and understanding their requirements - Building initial relationships and creating a pipeline for the senior sales team - Providing market intelligence and insights on dealer dynamics - Being the eyes and ears of the distribution business on the ground We do not prioritize your formal education, certifications, or where you studied. What truly matters to us is your willingness to learn, hunger to grow, ability to connect with people, knowledge of Bangalore/Karnataka, comfort with fieldwork, and a focus on performance rather than pedigree. The compensation for this role ranges from 25,000 to 35,000 per month, negotiable based on experience. We assure you of growth opportunities beyond industry standards.
