About the Company:

We are seeking motivated and energetic

Key Responsibilities:

Identify potential customers and generate leads through field visits, cold calling, and networking.
Meet clients in person to present company products and services.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Provide regular reports on sales activities and customer feedback to the management.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth post-sales service and support.

Requirements:

Experience: 0 to 5 years in field sales or related roles
Education: Any graduate
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated with a target-driven attitude
Willing to travel extensively within the assigned region

Salary:

Based on current/last CTC and experience level

Training & Onboarding:

Selected candidates must attend

training in Bhopal

(Head Office)
Hotel accommodation and meals

will be provided by the company during the training period

Bond Agreement:

A

2-year minimum work bond

is required
Candidates can continue longer based on performance and mutual agreement
