Role Overview: Rentokil PCI, the leading pest control service provider in India, formed in 2017 through a joint venture between Pest Control India and Rentokil, aims to set new standards for customer service with operations across 250 locations in India. Key Responsibilities: - Identify, source, and secure both long-term and short-term pest control & prevention business opportunities. - Develop new business opportunities within current and new customer bases in accordance with the sales strategy. - Ensure client retention by meeting customers" ongoing expectations. - Manage day-to-day sales activities, including proposal, service agreement, prospecting, and market development. - Support the service team by providing customer feedback. - Develop strong client relationships. - Provide reports as per the requirement. - Assist with debt collection. Qualifications Required: - Graduate or MBA Fresher with good sales knowledge and communication skills. - Good interpersonal and networking skills. - Ability to communicate effectively. - Ability to negotiate with clients.
