Role & responsibilities

  • Identify new business opportunities through field sales activities, including visiting retail stores, restaurants, and other potential clients.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with existing customers to increase repeat business and referrals.
  • Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activity.
  • Meet or exceed monthly sales targets by effectively managing time and prioritizing tasks.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall satisfaction.

Preferred candidate profile

  • 1-3 years of experience in B2C Sales, Business Development, Retail Sales, Food & Beverages or related fields.
  • Strong understanding of local market dynamics and ability to adapt quickly.
  • Excellent communication skills for building strong relationships with customers at all levels.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while meeting deadlines.
