🎯 Role Summary: We are looking for dynamic and self-motivated Field Sales Executives who will be responsible for door-to-door outreach to promote Qlass Edtech’s Learning Programs for Classes 7 to 12. The candidate will represent Qlass at the grassroots level, educating parents about our offerings, gathering leads, and converting walk-ins and appointments into enrollments. 🛠️ Key Responsibilities: Conduct door-to-door visits in designated residential areas to reach parents of school-going children (Class 7–12). Explain Qlass's offerings – academic support, AI tutor, weekend batches, personalized mentoring, etc. Distribute marketing material (flyers, brochures, QR code posters). Capture lead details and set up follow-up calls or demo appointments. Attend daily briefing and debriefing sessions at the center. Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets. Participate in local events, parent meetups, or stalls (if any). Provide market and feedback insights to the sales and marketing team.
