We are looking for a motivated and dynamic Field Sales Executive to join our team in the lubricants industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for achieving sales targets, building strong customer relationships, and expanding the company's market presence in the assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and target potential customers such as transporters, garages, service stations, industrial clients, and retail outlets.
Promote and sell lubricant products to new and existing customers.
Conduct regular field visits to understand customer needs and market trends.
Meet monthly/quarterly sales targets and ensure timely collections.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers and channel partners.
Monitor competitor activity and provide market feedback to management.
Execute promotional campaigns and product demonstrations.
Prepare and submit daily/weekly sales reports.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Minimum 1 year of sales experience, preferably in the lubricants, automotive
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Knowledge of local market and geography.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
