About the Role : We are looking for energetic and motivated Field Sales Executives to drive sales for our premium packaged drinking water brand – The Velmont. Your role will involve visiting retail and institutional outlets, generating orders, and growing our brand’s presence in your local area. This role is perfect for individuals who enjoy meeting new people, building strong customer relationships, and driving sales growth in the FMCG sector. Key Responsibilities : Visit 20+ outlets daily (retailers, gyms, salons, hotels, banquet halls, etc.). Generate orders and increase product sales in your assigned area. Identify and onboard new retailers/distributors. Submit daily beat plans and sales reports. Share market insights and competitor feedback regularly. Ensure product visibility and communicate ongoing schemes & offers. Candidate Requirements : Field sales experience in FMCG, beverages sales preferred./Freshers can also apply Must own a two-wheeler with a valid driving license. Good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Familiarity with Google Maps, WhatsApp, and basic Excel.
