As a Sales Executive, your role involves identifying and visiting potential customers in your assigned areas. You will be responsible for promoting and selling company products/services to clients while developing and maintaining strong relationships with them. It is crucial for you to explain product features, benefits, and pricing to potential buyers and conduct market research to understand customer needs and competition. Your key focus will be on achieving assigned sales targets, reporting daily activities to the manager, following up with leads, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Additionally, you will collect customer feedback and provide insights to improve sales strategies. Key Responsibilities: - Identify and visit potential customers in assigned areas - Promote and sell company products/services to clients - Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers - Explain product features, benefits, and pricing to potential buyers - Conduct market research to understand customer needs and competition - Achieve assigned sales targets and report daily activities to the manager - Follow up with leads and ensure customer satisfaction - Collect customer feedback and provide insights to improve sales strategies Qualifications Required: - Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Diploma / Graduate (Any stream) - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Passion for sales and willingness to work in the field - Self-motivated and target-driven - Basic knowledge of sales techniques is a plus - Own vehicle and a valid driving license (if required) If you are interested in this full-time role, you will be entitled to benefits such as paid time off and a compensation package that includes performance and yearly bonuses. The work schedule will be during day shifts, and proficiency in English and Hindi is preferred. A driving license is preferred, as there is a willingness to travel up to 75% for this position.
