Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive sales growth.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Provide excellent customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Resolve any customer complaints or issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales records and reports.
  • Manage sales administration tasks, including CRM updates and sales forecasting.

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of sales experience in the automotive or EV industry.
  • Strong knowledge of the EV industry, including market trends and competitor activity.
  • Experience in 3 wheeler electric vehicles industry.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
