Job Title: Relationship officer – Loan Sales (Target-Based Role)

Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly motivated and result-oriented Relationship Manager for a target-based loan sales role in Zirakpur. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing and selling various loan products including Home Loans, Loan Against Property (LAP), Business Loans, and Working Capital Loans. This is a field sales role with aggressive monthly targets and performance-linked incentives.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and source potential clients through field visits, referrals, and channel partners.

Promote and sell a wide range of loan products, including:

Home Loans

Loan Against Property (LAP)

Business Loans

Working Capital Finance

Understand customer requirements and match them with appropriate loan solutions.

Collect, verify, and submit client documentation for loan processing.

Follow up with internal teams (credit, operations, legal) for timely approvals and disbursals.

Build and maintain strong relationships with builders, property dealers, CAs, and SME clients.

Achieve or exceed assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.

Provide excellent post-sales service to ensure client satisfaction and referrals.

Qualifications:

Graduate in any discipline (Bachelor’s degree minimum; MBA preferred).

1–5 years of field sales experience in loans (bank, NBFC, or DSA).

Proven track record of achieving sales targets in financial services.

Strong understanding of loan products, documentation, and market practices.

Must be comfortable with field work and local travel in and around Zirakpur.

Salary Structure:

Base Salary: As per company norms (depends on interview & experience)

Performance Incentives: Attractive monthly/quarterly incentive plans based on disbursement volumes
