Automobile Lubricants Distribution preferred. (Male Only) Location: Mumbai, Thane, Navi Mumbai & Palghar. Full-Time: On-Field Role Industry: Automotive | Lubricants | Oil Distribution Salary: 2,40,000 LPA+ + Incentives + Allowances Requirement : 50 Nos. (Immediate Joiner) About the Role: We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Field Sales Executive to join our growing team in the automobile oil distribution sector. Your primary responsibility will be to drive sales, build relationships with retailers, garages, and service stations, and expand our distribution network. Key Responsibilities: Develop and manage a strong client base in the assigned territory Visit mechanics, workshops, service centers, and retailers to promote and sell automobile oils Demonstrate product knowledge and provide technical support to customers Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets Monitor market trends and competitor activity Ensure timely order collection, delivery coordination, and payment follow-up Build long-term customer relationships to generate repeat business Requirements: Experience: 1–3 years in field sales (preferably in automobile oil, spare parts, or FMCG distribution) Education: Minimum HSC or Graduate Must-Have: Two-wheeler with a valid driving license Good communication and negotiation skills Willingness to travel and work in the field Language: Local language proficiency is a must; Hindi/English is a plus Shift Timing: 9:30 pm— 7:00 am IST What We Offer: Attractive salary package with performance-based incentives Travel allowances Career growth in a rapidly expanding industry Training and product support How to Apply: Send your updated CV to [email protected] or WhatsApp +918779323802.
