Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Field Sales Executive position based in Kochi. The role involves identifying potential retail customers, building and nurturing strong customer relationships, and achieving sales targets within the assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and onboard potential retailers• Maintain strong relationships with existing customers• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets• Manage and grow sales within the designated area• Ensure effective visibility and availability of products in the market

Qualifications

• Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills• Fluency in the local language (Malayalam)• Ability to work independently and manage a defined territory• Prior experience in sales is an advantage• Familiarity with the food and beverage industry is preferred• Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory• Must have a two-wheeler and possess a valid driving licence
