Role Overview We are seeking enthusiastic and motivated Field Sales Executives to support our on-ground initiatives for the Yatri Mitra App. The role involves direct interaction with drivers and commuters, ensuring seamless onboarding and increasing app adoption through active field engagement.

Key Responsibilities Conduct on-field driver onboarding at rickshaw stands and high-footfall commuting zones. Educate drivers on Yatri Mitras key benefits, including zero commission, direct payments, and meter-based fares. Assist drivers with app installation, registration, and basic troubleshooting. ¢ Address queries to provide a smooth onboarding experience. ¢ Promote the app among commuters, corporate professionals, and students through passenger awareness activities. ¢ Distribute marketing materials and encourage app downloads. ¢ Communicate the advantages of Yatri Mitra to potential users. ¢ Support on-ground marketing campaigns, referral programs, and activations. ¢ Collect feedback from drivers and passengers to enhance the overall user experience. ¢ Share insights from the field to support continuous improvement initiatives. Skills Required ¢ Proficiency in Hindi (Spoken) ¢ Proficiency in Marathi (Spoken) ¢ Strong communication and persuasion abilities ¢ Basic understanding of mobile applications ¢ Energetic, confident, and comfortable with fieldwork ¢ Self-driven, proactive, and a strong team player ¢ Problem-solving mindset and ability to handle on-field challenges
