About the job: Key responsibilities: 1. Identify potential customers for Life/General/Health insurance products 2. Recruit and appoint POSP lead generators 3. Develop sales plans and set targets for agent teams 4. Formulate sales strategies for different insurance products 5. Complete and submit insurance processing documents 6. Facilitate smooth policy processing between customers and back office 7. Ensure compliance with operational risk and underwriting guidelines 8. Achieve revenue targets through strategic product mix Requirements: 1. Possess 1-5 years of insurance industry experience 2. Demonstrate General Insurance sales/development background 3. Exhibit strong communication and presentation skills 4. Show proactive and persuasive approach 5.
