Job Description

The role of Executive / Sr. Executive in NSD (Client Acquisition) department based in Bangalore involves building new clients for the organization, establishing rapport and trust with clients, and focusing on face-to-face sales presentations to showcase the value addition that IndiaMART can bring to their business. As an individual contributor, you will be responsible for driving sales activities within the assigned region. Key Accountabilities include generating leads from a given database, identifying decision-makers within targeted leads, initiating the sales process, penetrating all targeted accounts to create sales opportunities, delivering sales presentations and product/service demonstrations on a daily basis, and ensuring systematic follow-up with client organizations to achieve time-bound closure. Qualifications required for this position are a minimum of a Graduate degree with at least 9 months of sales experience or an MBA with 0-2 years of experience. Additionally, candidates must have scored 65% or more in Class X & XII and 50% in Graduation. The earning potential for this position is 3.96 LPA (fixed) along with lucrative incentives based on performance.,
