Field Sales Executive

Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Field Sales Representative to join our growing team. You will be the face of our company, building relationships with key decision-makers and proactively seeking new business opportunities. Your primary goal will be to drive revenue by understanding client needs and presenting tailored gifting and printing solutions that deliver exceptional value.

Key Responsibilities:

• New Business Development: Actively prospect, identify, qualify, and generate new sales leads through cold calling, networking, industry events, and referrals within your assigned territory.
• Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key accounts, including HR managers, marketing directors, business owners, and event coordinators.
• Product Expertise: Develop a deep understanding of our product portfolio, including printing techniques, garment specifications, gift curation, and sourcing capabilities.
• Sales Process Management: Manage the entire sales cycle from initial contact and proposal to negotiation, closing, and handover to the operations team for fulfillment.
• Market Intelligence: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to effectively position our offerings.
• Revenue Targets: Meet and exceed agreed-upon quarterly and annual sales targets and KPIs.

Pay: ₹12,013.40 - ₹25,000.00 per month
