Responsible for overall volume growth from their region Build a pipeline of Corporate Customers and engage with them to bring closures Build business plan to achieve weekly/monthly targets with Inside Sales Team to assign, follow-up and close the leads Responsible for ensuring Product Training to the Customer Submitting Daily Sales Report to the RSM Build and lead the team of Field Sales Executives for Door-to-door sales.Keep them motivated on daily basis to ensure coverage and numbers.
