Role & responsibilities

  • Manage field sales activities to achieve targets and expand customer base.
  • Conduct market research, identify potential customers, and build relationships with them.
  • Develop effective sales strategies to increase product visibility and drive revenue growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall performance.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales data, inventory management, and customer interactions.

Preferred candidate profile

  • 1-3 years of experience in FMCG Sales or related field (preferably).
  • Strong understanding of local markets, including knowledge of competitors' products and services.
  • Excellent communication skills for building strong relationships with customers at all levels.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while meeting tight deadlines.
