Role & responsibilities

  • Manage field sales activities, including visiting retail stores, distributors, and wholesalers to promote company products.
  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and build relationships with customers.
  • Achieve monthly targets by selling FMCG products through effective communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ensure timely delivery of products to customers and maintain accurate records of sales transactions.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve overall organizational goals.

Preferred candidate profile

  • 1-3 years of experience in field sales or related field work (FMCG sales).
  • Strong understanding of local language(s) spoken in Agra region.
  • Ability to travel frequently within the assigned territory for fieldwork purposes.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
