Identify and engage potential clients across industrial and manufacturing sectors
Conduct regular field visits for lead generation, product promotion, and client meetings
Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate gasket solutions
Deliver product presentations and technical demonstrations to clients
Develop and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order execution and after-sales support
Track market trends, competitor activities, and report insights to management
Meet or exceed monthly sales targets
Experience in field sales or marketing, preferably in industrial products (e.g., gaskets, seals, mechanical components)
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Marketing, or a related field
Ability to read and understand basic technical drawings is an advantage
Own two-wheeler with valid driving license is preferred
