Field Sales Executive ( Female)

Role Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Field Sales Executive to join our Sales & Marketing team in Kolkata. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating corporate and group bookings, managing B2B partnerships, and expanding our client base through field sales efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and pursue new corporate and B2B business opportunities to meet revenue targets
• Conduct regular field visits, client meetings, and hotel site inspections
• Build strong client relationships through effective communication and consistent follow-ups
• Promote hotel services, packages, and facilities to prospective clients
• Maintain detailed records of sales activities
• Assist in planning and executing promotional campaigns, travel fairs, and networking events
• Collaborate with the Reservations and Front Office teams to ensure seamless client experiences
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities and threats
• Prepare and present weekly sales reports to the management team

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, or a related field
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in hotel sales, field sales, or B2B marketing (hospitality background preferred)
• Strong local market knowledge of Kolkata and surrounding areas
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated with a goal-oriented approach
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
• Willingness to travel locally for client meetings

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
