Field Sales Executive

Job Title: Field Sales Executive – Banking Products (Loans) Location: Indore, Madhya Pradesh Experience Required: 6 months to 3 years. Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Field Sales Executive to promote and sell banking products such as personal loans, business loans, home loans, and credit cards in the Indore region. Key Responsibilities: Identify and generate leads for loan products through field visits, cold calling, and references. Visit potential customers in person to explain product features and benefits. Collect and verify required documents for loan processing. Coordinate with credit and operations teams for smooth processing and disbursal of loans. Achieve assigned sales targets on a monthly basis. Build and maintain relationships with customers for repeat and referral business. Stay updated with market trends and competitors' offerings. Required Skills and Qualifications: Minimum 6 months to 3 years of experience in field sales, preferably in banking or financial services. Good knowledge of loan products such as personal loans, home loans, business loans, etc. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and meet sales targets. Proficiency in local language (Hindi) and basic English. Own two wheeler preferred. Educational Qualification: Minimum Graduate in any discipline.
