Key Responsibilities:

• Drive on-field sales across the

  Bhopal region

  through direct customer meetings
• Promote

  life insurance, banking, and financial products

  to potential clients
• Acquire new customers and manage relationships with existing ones
• Handle

  business leads from partner banks

  and convert them into sales
• Achieve monthly and quarterly

  revenue & performance targets

• Coordinate with internal teams for policy processing and after-sales service

Candidate Profile:

• Graduate (any stream)

  – Mandatory

• Minimum 2–5 years of experience

  in

  BFSI / Insurance / Banking / Finance / FMCG field sales

• Excellent communication & negotiation skills
• Strong local market knowledge of

  Bhopal

• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding targets
