We are expanding our reach and looking for dynamic and motivated Field Sales Executives to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and visit potential clients such as aluminium fabricators, window vendors, builders, contractors, and interior designers.
• Promote and sell the company’s range of products through direct field visits, presentations, and demonstrations.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients and channel partners.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and report progress to management.
• Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and trends.
• Coordinate with the installation and operations team to ensure smooth order execution.
• Attend trade fairs, exhibitions, and networking events to generate leads and enhance brand visibility.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in field sales, preferably in building materials, aluminium fabrication, or home improvement products.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Basic understanding of sales reporting and customer relationship management.
• Own two-wheeler and valid driving license.

Education

• Graduate in any discipline (preferred: Marketing / Business Administration).

Compensation

• Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month (depending on experience)
• Incentives: Attractive performance-based incentives and allowances

Work Schedule

• Days: Monday to Saturday
• Timing: 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM
• Location: On-field (based out of Vashi office)
