Job Description

Job Overview: We are looking for a motivated and result-driven Field Sales Executive to actively seek out and engage customer prospects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for meeting sales targets, building strong customer relationships, and expanding market reach through direct field sales activities. Key Responsibilities: Identify potential customers through cold calling, field visits, and networking. Present, promote, and sell products/services to existing and prospective customers. Conduct market research to understand customer needs, competition, and market trends. Establish, develop, and maintain positive customer relationships. Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule. Handle customer queries and provide timely solutions to enhance customer satisfaction. Track and report sales activity, customer feedback, and competitor information. Coordinate with internal teams for smooth order processing and delivery. Collect payments and ensure timely invoicing. Attend trade exhibitions, conferences, and meetings as required.
