Field Sales Executive

Travel Requirement: PAN India (Extensive Field Work)Experience: 15 years (Overseas Manpower Recruitment / Candidate Mobilization Preferred)Job Summary:We are looking for a dynamic and driven Field Sales Executive to join our team in Kolkata. The role involves extensive travel across India to build a strong agent and candidate network. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in overseas recruitment, particularly in Gulf placements, and will be responsible for mobilizing skilled and unskilled workers for overseas employment opportunities.Key Responsibilities:Identify and onboard new agents and channel partners in rural and semi-urban areas to source candidates for overseas jobs.Promote overseas job opportunities in Gulf countries (e.g., UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Kuwait, Oman, Bahrain).Conduct field visits to mobilize skilled, semi-skilled, and unskilled candidates for overseas employment.Organize and conduct awareness campaigns, seminars, and job drives to attract potential candidates.Maintain and expand the database of active agents and mobilizers across different states.Ensure timely candidate documentation collection and support visa processing teams.Maintain regular communication with agents and provide updates on job openings and requirements.Report field activity, lead generation, and candidate pipeline to the recruitment head.Key Requirements:Minimum 15 years of experience in overseas manpower recruitment / candidate mobilization / vendor development / skill development.Willingness to travel extensively across India for fieldwork.Strong networking and relationship-building skills.Ability to work independently and meet target-based goals.Knowledge of documentation required for Gulf country recruitment is a plus.Candidates with prior experience working with RAs (Recruiting Agents), NSDC partners, or training centers will be preferred.Perks & Benefits:PF & ESI as per statutory normsAttractive incentive structure based on performanceTravel and mobile allowances as per company policyCareer growth opportunities in a fast-growing overseas recruitment firmPreferred Industries:Overseas Recruitment FirmsSkill Development / Candidate Mobilization AgenciesStaffing / Labour ContractorsVocational Training InstitutesSkils : - Field Sales Executive Overseas Recruitment
