Full Time
1) Conduct field visits to client offices to promote and sell company products and services. 2) Manage sales activities to meet or exceed business targets. 3) Collect customer contact details and follow up on leads systematically 4) Actively generate new leads and engage with prospective and existing customers 5) Handle both self-sourced and company-assigned leads effectively 6) Conduct product/service demonstrations and clearly explain offerings such as: Tender Information Services, Tender Bidding Assistance, GeM Portal Services, Certification and Compliance Services 7) Understand client needs and provide appropriate solutions and recommendations 8) Negotiate with potential clients to close deals and convert prospects into customers. 9) Conduct market research and analyze competitor activities to identify new business opportunities. 10) Maintain strong customer relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals. 11) Accurately document customer interactions, sales progress, and performance metrics using CRM tools.
