Field Sales Executive

As a Field Sales Executive, you will play a crucial role in generating potential customer leads through daily offline field visits in Pathanpur, Shibachal, Birati, North DumDum, West Bengal. Your primary objective will be to interact with individuals in public spaces, residential areas, schools, and other local spots to collect contact details and gauge interest in the company's services. Your responsibilities will include visiting local areas daily, such as residential neighborhoods, coaching centers, schools, and marketplaces, to introduce and explain the company's offerings to students, parents, and individuals. It will be essential to generate interest, collect lead details like Name, Contact Number, Location, and Product Interest accurately. Additionally, you will be required to ensure the accuracy and verifiability of all collected leads, submit daily lead reports, and maintain area coverage summaries. It is crucial to maintain proper records for audit and review in the CRM system. As a representative of the company, you must project a professional and courteous image, while also distributing promotional materials like brochures and flyers as necessary. Participation in brand campaigns or promotional activities will also be part of your duties. To meet the set targets, you should aim to achieve 20-25 qualified leads per day and ensure that these leads are suitable for follow-up by the inside sales or tele-counseling team. Comfort with outdoor fieldwork, local travel, strong communication skills, and familiarity with the localities are essential requirements for this role. Basic knowledge of reporting, either manual or digital, will also be beneficial. While owning a two-wheeler with a valid license is preferred, it is not mandatory for this position.,
