Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Sales & Marketing Executive to join our team for the Gurugram region. The candidate will be responsible for distributor and retailer visits, order generation, sales growth, and market expansion for our FMCG products. Key Responsibilities:Visit distributors (DB) and retail outlets on a daily basis. Generate orders and achieve monthly sales targets. Maintain good relationships with existing and new clients. Track sales performance and report daily sales data (DSR). Execute promotional activities and ensure product visibility in the market. Coordinate with the MIS and marketing team for regular updates. Requirements:Minimum 6 months–2 years of experience in FMCG sales or field marketing (freshers with good communication skills can also apply). Good knowledge of the Gurugram market area. Must have a two-wheeler and smartphone. Strong communication and negotiation skills. Willingness to travel within assigned territory.
