Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
Sales and Business Development:- Identify and develop new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and meetings.- Build and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients.- Drive the sales process from lead generation to closure by understanding customer needs and presenting tailored solutions.- Analyse market trends, competitor products, and customer preferences to identify sales opportunities.- Provide regular reports on sales activities, progress, and forecasts to management.- Track key performance indicators and sales goals.Customer Engagement:- Conduct site visits to assess customer needs and gather feedback on product performance.- Develop and deliver product presentations, demonstrations, and proposals to clients.- Provide after-sales support and follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction Technical Support and Consultation:- Provide technical assistance to customers regarding product features, benefits, and applications.- Demonstrate product use and ensure customers have a clear understanding of the technical aspects of the products.- Collaborate with engineering and product development teams to address customer requirements.
