Field Sales Engineer

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Field Sales Engineer to join our B2B Sales & Marketing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in industrial/business-to-business sales. This role involves developing and maintaining client relationships, offering technical solutions, and achieving sales targets in a specified region.

• Develop and execute a territory sales plan to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in industrial, commercial, and technical markets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
• Understand customer needs and provide appropriate product or service solutions.
• Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and training sessions for clients.
• Collaborate with internal teams (technical, product, marketing) to align customer needs with business offerings.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
