As a Field Sales Director focusing on Traditional Enterprises at Google Cloud, you will play a crucial role in driving your team towards meeting and surpassing challenging growth objectives. Your responsibilities will encompass a deep understanding of Google's enterprise solutions technology and a strategic operational approach towards recruiting, coaching, and overseeing the team. Customers across over 200 countries rely on Google Cloud as their trusted partner to facilitate growth and resolve their most pressing business challenges. Your key responsibilities will include managing a team of Field Sales Executives and Sales Managers to achieve quarterly and annual booking targets for the region, focusing primarily on enterprise clients. You will be tasked with recruiting exceptional talent and providing insightful coaching to the team, aiming to cultivate the next wave of leadership within Google Cloud. Furthermore, your role will involve direct engagement with customers and prospects, actively participating in defining key strategies and nurturing relationships within the region. By infusing operational excellence into the organization, you will create opportunities for growth through effective processes and supporting activities. This includes conducting regular reviews of team forecasts, identifying the right moments to engage other departments like Pre-sales, Partnerships, Marketing, Support, and Google Ads Sales teams. If you possess a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Security, Infrastructure-as-a-Service (IaaS), or Platform-as-a-Service (PaaS) Sales roles, along with a substantial track record of promoting and selling cloud computing technologies to organizations, this role offers you the chance to lead a high-performing team through growth and change.
