As a Client Servicing & Relationship Manager, your role will involve building trusted relationships with assigned clients and serving as their primary point of contact. You will conduct regular check-ins via calls, emails, and visits to ensure client satisfaction and engagement. It will be essential for you to understand the business goals of clients and suggest relevant solutions to help them achieve better results. Additionally, you will be responsible for sharing product/service updates, new features, or add-on offerings to keep clients informed and interested. Your responsibilities will also include driving timely contract renewals and ensuring minimal client churn. By tracking client usage, engagement levels, and overall satisfaction, you will play a crucial role in ensuring high retention rates. Providing clients with ROI-driven insights will be key to reinforcing the value of our services. In terms of upselling and cross-selling, you will need to identify opportunities to expand client engagement through relevant solutions. Collaboration with internal teams to customize offerings based on client needs will also be a part of your role. Your collaboration and reporting duties will involve coordinating with support, operations, and product teams to resolve client queries promptly. Maintaining accurate records of all client interactions, renewals, and account activities in CRM will be essential. Furthermore, you will be responsible for sharing regular updates and reports on client feedback, account health, retention rates, and revenue contribution. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. - Proven experience in client servicing, relationship management, or a similar role. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to analyze data and provide actionable insights. - Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite.
