We are looking for a passionate and result-driven Business Development Associate / Executive to join our dynamic team. You will play a crucial role in identifying new business opportunities, building strong relationships with partners and clients, and helping scale our presence across regions. Key Responsibilities: - Identify and onboard new food partners (restaurants, cloud kitchens, food entrepreneurs). - Develop and execute strategies to drive business growth in existing and new markets. - Build strong relationships with partners to ensure long-term collaboration and satisfaction. - Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activities to identify opportunities. - Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, operations, finance) to ensure smooth partner on-boarding and integration. - Maintain accurate records of leads, prospects, and partnerships using CRM tools. - Represent Dil Foods at industry events, trade shows, and networking meets. Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field. - 1-3 years of experience in business development, sales, or partnerships (preferably in F&B, cloud kitchens, or startups). - Strong communication and negotiation skills. - Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects. - A genuine passion for food and a good understanding of food industry trends. - Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).
