Hi All! We have an opportunity with HDFC Sales is a subsidiary of HDFC Bank Ltd. The company has been floated as a distribution arm with an objective of offering doorstep service to prospective clients of HDFC group. HDFC Sales offers financial management solutions to individuals encompassing among products like Home Loans, Life Insurance and General Insurance. Roles and Responsibilities : Identify potential customers for personal loans, credit cards, and other financial products through lead generation activities such as cold calling, email campaigns, and social media outreach. Conduct face-to-face meetings with clients to understand their financial needs and provide tailored solutions from our range of offerings. Meet or exceed monthly sales targets by effectively communicating product benefits, features, and terms to customers. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions using CRM software to track progress towards goals. Job Requirements : 1-6 years of experience in field sales or related roles (e.g., collections). Strong understanding of personal loan and credit card sales principles. Excellent communication skills with ability to build rapport with diverse client populations.
