Key Responsibilities:

• Talent Sourcing:

  Identify and attract potential

  Delivery Boys/Bikers/Riders

  for SWIGGY INSTAMART through various channels including

  Field Visit

  , job fairs, community outreach, marketing activities and networking events.

• Relationship Building:

  Foster relationships with local communities, colleges and organizations to enhance recruitment efforts.

• Target Achievement:

  Work towards specific hiring targets and deadlines, utilizing effective strategies to ensure a consistent pipeline of candidates.

• Reporting:

  Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities and provide regular updates to management on hiring progress and challenges.

Requirements:

• Experience:

  Happy to hire freshers and minimum 6 months of experience in recruitment, preferably in sales or gig hiring roles (Preferred).

• Target-Driven:

  Proven track record of meeting or exceeding recruitment targets and deadlines.

• Interpersonal Skills:

  Strong communication and relationship-building skills to engage with diverse candidates.

• Adaptability:

  Comfortable working in a dynamic environment and adapting to changing hiring needs.

• Education:

  10th, 12th and Any Graduate preferable ( Male Candidates Only )

• Language:

  English & Local language( Kannada ) proficiency is a must.

• Assets:

  Two Wheeler is mandatory.
